Looks like there's a typo in the D-He3 fusion efficiency 5 tech. The effect says 11.1GW but the recipe it unlocks is for 11.8 GJ.
Great mod by the way, so happy I don't have to spam solar panels anymore!
Fixed in 1.8.9, mod was literally unplayable because of this.
