Adds a new way to produce energy through nuclear fusion. Fully compatible with K2, Angel's/Bob's, SE and IR2.
Currently getting rewritten (see end of description).
Because I don't have the rotated textures, and it would be pretty hard to make the reactor and exchanger fit nicely from each direction. Plus I don't want to bother Yuoki by asking to re-render the textures from each side.
