Can you make an option to make the heavy water in the oil refinery with longer timers? ( 5% = 1s and 10% is even 0.1 sec )

Would like to have 5 sec like the oil products

Why?
To supply a single D-D reactor, you currently need 5 refineries if you're enriching heavy water to 5% before boiling it. If the recipe took 5s, you'd need 25. 10 and 20% take 0.1s because they don't improve the efficiency so much to justify building too many more refineries, so I figured a single 10/20% refinery per 25 5%s would be fine.
