I think that's happening because of ScienceCostTweaker, nothing I can fix.
loading SCTM + RFP doesn't cause issue, so it's other mod, that is for some reason doing normalization of inputs.
my guess will be creative mod
Just tested a bit and the crash only happens if RFP, SCTM, Creative Mod AND Angel's Bioprocessing are loaded at the same time...
No idea how to even start fixing this, I guess @Airat9000 you'll have to disable one of these mods to play.
