despite the title I actually have 2 issues.
The first is that I cant place water discharge pump anywhere. - this issue seems to come from mod dont build on ores mod
Second issue is I can use normal pipe to transport deuterium plasma. If I understand correctly they should explode.

I am using factorio 1.0 and RFP Version: 1.3.10

The discharge pump has to be placed on water (not on the edge like the vanilla offshore pump). I'll see what's wrong with the pipes when I get on my pc sometime tomorrow.
