There isn't an integration (yet), but it should mostly work fine.

it's look like working for now but you to fix the requirement (for research), when you use this mod because is quitedifficult to get deep science pack and 1M for a nuke make this really challenging but that also mean 20000 hours to unlock that.
There's a science multiplier in RFP's startup mod settings.

It's in vanilla too. A nuke has more effects, it's not just a single explosion. Read FFF #357 if you want more info.
