i Question: why is this not in vanilla?

Default is default, meaning just how we need to change the slider for evolution and enemy base size, we would need a new tick box and slider for such enemies... that i don't get, why are they not in game? Sure, the bitters are more or less copy paste and just recollored and different size, still... that's a superficial view since the beheviour and elements are also different. Plus more ranks ... after all Nauvis did not get anything new (elevated rails are a building, i'm talking about the planet on it's own, eviroment as well as native enemies), not even quality for enemies.

And i don't get why was this not added
