i Adjustable Demolisher Attack Interval

Hey there!

First of all, I wanted to say I really appreciate that you took on this great mod and made some significant improvements to it already.

My suggestion is that the attack interval for demolishers should be adjustable in the settings.

My motivation for this is the following: I actually enjoy having the demolishers be this unstoppable force that cannot be deterred automatically by any realistic amount of turrets, so disdain pacifying them with food rockets. But having them attack every 15 minutes or so is just too much for me to handle manually (With the tank).
A whole group of demolishers attacking from different angles would also be nice, so I would have to actively care for my Vulcanus base every 4 hours or so, which is something no other planet has to offer!

This also would play into the the complaint some people have with Vulcanus, that its resource richness and relative safety makes it just too good - while always being at risk that a demolisher will plow over your stash would make the planet much more risky to invest into.

Think this is a good idea. I will add this setting in the next release.
