Also this setting don't work - menu keep popping on game start.

This is by design. The settings menu appears at the beginning of the game, because otherwise most players will not find a way to configure the AI.

Regarding the error - I need its text, because in a normal situation I don't get an error

The only way you can get this error is if you run the command to replace Rampant's hives with standard ones when they are already disabled.
I'll put a check for that.
