b Crash/incomatability with no Spoilage.

Mod Error on start up if Ran along side the No Spoilage mod by Quezler https://mods.factorio.com/mod/no-spoilage
If the no spoilage options for biter egg and Captive biter Spawner are enabled.
Disabling those 2 options allows you to enable Rampant again. Is there a fix for this or just a deal with it situation?

You have not provided the error text. There is no information for analysis.
From general considerations, I can assume that the error is located in the module of "No Spoilage" mod. In this case, only the author of that mod can fix it
