b Curved rails stay broken, even with the toggle selected

While the crash from earlier no longer exists (thank you Dimm), now when curved rails are broken with the toggle for them to be unbreakable selected, they are not replaced with thier "immortal" counterparts when broken.

This is bad. It looks like they can't be replaced that easily. I'll see what I can do, but it will take some time
