the autor said that spawned arachnid's nest get substituded with rampant ones

Yes. It's ready in the new release. Starting from version 1.3.6 (not yet released, other improvements are being debugged)
It will be a new faction (tier 5). If the "Arachnids" mod is available, textures from it will be used for this faction
