I guess it's about the "Safety; Increase wall resistance to spitters" setting.
However, I don't get this error either in pure "Rampant Fixed" or in combinations with popular mods like K2.

You may have added mods that add walls that are very different from the standard ones (for example, laser fences).
I would like to get a save, so as not to guess with which mod the incompatibility happened.

Until the incompatibility is resolved, I recommend removing the check mark in the setting "Safety; Increase wall resistance to spitters".

If I remember correctly, when a loading error occurs, the option "reset settings to default" appears. You can use it.

The reason for the appearance of water (and fish) is the Waterboxes_0.2.0 mod
The author set the condition for the appearance of water to trigger the script. But he didn't put an analysis on whether his script worked or from another mod.

At least in "Rampant fixed" scripts are also used when biters taking damage (some factions).

Correction options:
1. I would recommend using other mods to create moats, because water will appear in place of any object where the authors have provided for calling scripts
2. or write to the author to put the analysis of the script name

As for the walls - in the next version, non-standard walls will not cause loading errors.
