Arsenal is changing nuclear fuel's stack size from 1 to 10 and I was hoping to have this reverted (or an option to revert it). From a train perspective the nuclear fuel lasts a long time and so you will generally end up unnecessarily buffering 30 nuclear fuel per train vs 3 in Vanilla. Since the buffer per train is 10x larger this ends up delaying how early you can transition your trains over to this fuel type.
