Improves the enemies tactics by using potential fields (pheromones) allowing probing of defenses, retreats, reinforcements, counterattacking, breaching, raids, rallying death cry, and player hunting. Uses blockable biter projectiles. Adds new Enemies which can be disabled in mod settings. Difficulty setting in mod options menu.

g Poison Biters

We've had ups and downs through our run, but these guys are savage! Any tips on keeping them from tearing through defences? May need to try to tweak the strength of them at this rate. >:D

Advanced Beam turret and Lightning turret deal good damage to them before they come up too close to defenses.
But it requires other defenses (adv flamethrower and other mass control turrets) to kill other faction biters at farther distance beforehand, so laser/electric damage will be applied to poison biters 100%.
Tactics heavily depends on evolution value (below 60% evo one type of those two first mentioned turrets and any flame turret are enough, beyond 80% need rocket/cannon turrets or space science packs into laser turret damage).
Also you can go and purge some poison faction nests to reduce %% of poison attackers.
