Improves the enemies tactics by using potential fields (pheromones) allowing probing of defenses, retreats, reinforcements, counterattacking, breaching, raids, rallying death cry, and player hunting. Uses blockable biter projectiles. Adds new Enemies which can be disabled in mod settings. Difficulty setting in mod options menu.

b No bitters spawn in forest

Mods affecting mapgen: RSO (not sure it affects, but yeah)
Vanilla spawn disabled.

How to reproduce:
1. Set max density and coverage for wood
2. Set max bitters size and frequency
3. Start new game with seed when you start in densely packed forest area
4. See no (or almost no) bitter nests in wood area

P.S. Also sometimes I got no bitters spawn at all, but using another seed (Esc -> Restart) helps

I think at this point that RSO and Rampant are no longer compatible.

My bad, misinformation. Was enabled vanilla generation which can't generate bitters on woods. RSO bitters generation successfully ignore woods.

With vanilla generation enabled bitters/spitters have super small size, have white or green colour on minimal and everything seems working as intended. RSO bitters have red colour on mini map, normal size(god, it's so much much much easier to kill them) and doesn't have acid/fire attack.

Summary:
RSO generation - nests spawned okay, but wrong bitters
Vanilla generation - woods have priority over nests, but they spawning correct annoyingly small fuckers.
