Improves the enemies tactics by using potential fields (pheromones) allowing probing of defenses, retreats, reinforcements, counterattacking, breaching, raids, rallying death cry, and player hunting. Uses blockable biter projectiles. Adds new Enemies which can be disabled in mod settings. Difficulty setting in mod options menu.

b AI_STATE_AGGRESSIVE does not spend points on squads

Hi Veden,

I am pretty sure there's an issue with AI_STATE_AGGRESSIVE being unable to spend action points (outside of Vengeance squads). Here are two saves:

1) Fresh game in AI_STATE_AGGRESSIVE and the biters have enough points to generate a squad but do not: https://mega.nz/file/88YkzTQZ#RsHE4eEvjRFaWf6avvJ_e02g9L8ylg8OWeec7r1tl1g

(If you're taking a look and they swap out of _AGGRESSIVE then /rampantSetAIState 2 will put them back).
