Improves the enemies tactics by using potential fields (pheromones) allowing probing of defenses, retreats, reinforcements, counterattacking, breaching, raids, rallying death cry, and player hunting. Uses blockable biter projectiles. Adds new Enemies which can be disabled in mod settings. Difficulty setting in mod options menu.

You can patch this yourself, but please, don't ask me for more detailed instructions. In prototypes/SwarmUtils.lua find the slow attack, and:

            template.stickerAnimation = data.raw['sticker']['slowdown-sticker'].animation

a word of warning: it seems like pre-existing maps might lose their biters, but new maps are OK, or something. I honestly have no idea what the deal is there, because nothing in that specific change should even remotely influence this, but ... watch out, I guess?

I can confirm that the mod does work on 0.18.36, but only if the "World: Enable new enemies" startup option is disabled.

Disclaimer: Backup your saves before running any new version of Factorio, any changes in mods, or changes mentioned in this post. Any loss is on you for following any of my advice.

Rampant appears to be the last of my heavily modded games broken by the recent changes (v0.18.36) to the slowdown capsule graphics. I extracted the slowdown capsule assignment data from the base game (data\base\prototypes\entity\entities.lua lines 5047 through 5066 inclusive) and copy-pasted it into Rampant (Rampant_0.18.16\prototypes\SwarmUtils.lua lines 1029 through 1049). Make sure you preserve the code blocks (open and close curly braces {}). This change allowed me to load a save game with "World: Enable new enemies" still enabled, and I was able to test using the slowdown capsule on bitters that still spawned.

No further support will be offered for this change. I am way to drunk to follow this post and I want to play Factorio damit!

I have figured it out you have to go to the mod settings file: C:\Users[your name]\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\mods. click the mod-settings and locate rampant and just delete the values and it will work.
