Rampant

Improves the enemies tactics by using potential fields (pheromones) allowing probing of defenses, retreats, reinforcements, counterattacking, breaching, raids, rallying death cry, and player hunting. Uses blockable biter projectiles. Adds new Enemies which can be disabled in mod settings. Difficulty setting in mod options menu.

b Not compatible with Geowarfare

Missiles from Geowarfare mod by Schallfalke can be launched, but will cause no effect when loaded alongside Rampant
I suspect it is because the Rampant mod stops players from building near an enemy, and Geowarfare's attempt at building is rejected by that system
Version of the game we used is 0.18.27
A similar thread is posted in Geowarfare's discussion page alongside this one

Rampant does not do anything to prevent building near an enemy.
That is the AAI programmable vehicles mod.

I can be 100% sure that Rampant is the mod that is preventing Geowarfare from functioning, as removing Rampant fixed Geowarfare
Again, that cause is only suspected, I have no clue what actually went down between the two mods
