Improves the enemies tactics by using potential fields (pheromones) allowing probing of defenses, retreats, reinforcements, counterattacking, breaching, raids, rallying death cry, and player hunting. Uses blockable biter projectiles. Adds new Enemies which can be disabled in mod settings. Difficulty setting in mod options menu.

Did you have new enemies turned off when you loaded an old save with the new enemies in it?

There are also deadzones that the ai makes so that there isn't just a continuous sea of unit-spawners and worms

new enemies on, deadzones are 0.1 but ALL bases disappeared...

and did you have other mods loaded on the old save that messed with biters that is no longer present?

Explosive biters, i did this: i loaded the save with EB, i played some time and i saved it, after that you fixed the problem and i loaded without EB but with rampant

There is nothing I can do about a save with the entities already gone.

Any undiscovered chunks will contain spawners, but unfortunately the save is missing the spawners already.
