Improves the enemies tactics by using potential fields (pheromones) allowing probing of defenses, retreats, reinforcements, counterattacking, breaching, raids, rallying death cry, and player hunting. Uses blockable biter projectiles. Adds new Enemies which can be disabled in mod settings. Difficulty setting in mod options menu.

Hey there, is there a way to configure the Rampant mod to at least give me some time before they start attacking? I end up with 2 power plants, 1 lab, 6 burner miners and only finished the first/second research available and I already have 5 biter bases right next to mine and they are sending 20-40 biters every 4-5 minutes... Don't even have time to set up proper iron production in order to produce enough ammunition.

Not really.

Have you tried making your starting area larger?
Also you may want to turn down the difficulty Scaling in the mod map settings.

simple, use clockwork+rampart. and makes biter only attack at night. also setting nightdelay option in clockwork
