Adds a new technology called Quantum Tunneling that must be researched to unlock quantum logistics. The technology requires no science packs, as the labs simply use energy to analyze nearby quantum particles. Once unlocked, items can be sent back and forth via quantum logistic chests. This mod is safe to add to and remove from an existing save.

No logistic robots are needed to use quantum logistic chests. Simply place a roboport within range of a logistic chest to connect it to the quantum logistic network. No power is required to send items; however, I plan to add power requirements eventually.
