Yes, this mod is in active development. No, it is not abandoned. Yes, the balance is as intended for the current content. This is a -block mod. It's not designed to be fast, nor easy at the beginning. It's supposed to be a challenge. Belts too expensive? Then use less belts, walk around a bit. Still too expensive? AFK is an option. There is a major content update in development, targeting early game progression. There is no ETA.
