When the steampowered washer is held with a water tile to the south or east (or southeast) of it, or another steampowered washer next to it, it cant be placed (while normal pycp washers can). I assume this is an issue with the hitbox either being too large and placed slightly to the south-east of the centre (or maybe floating point issues if you made it exactly 6 blocks big).
