Power Overload

Performant, semi-realistic power distribution overhaul. Power poles can explode if the total electrical consumption on the network is too high. Use transformers to separate networks so that subnetworks do not take more power than they can handle.

b placing a new pole that would connect to a biggerp ole in a different network but the settings prevent it seems to blow things up

I have some big pylons in one backbonenetwork, and some medium poles in a normal one, connected by a transformer.

When I place a new medium pole that would connect to a big pylon I seem to see a explosions sometimes, even though the medium doesn't actually connect to the big pylon because I'm using the default settings to prevent mixed connections. This is the only time I blow the limit.

Is there any chance it's checking for power limits before actually breaking the connection that doesn't get made underneath? It would explain a lot.
