I noticed that your portable nuclear reactor only has up to chemical science packs in it's research, but it has tech prerequisites that go up to utility science. That's a bit weird.
Thank you for making the suggestion. I agree that it was weird and I have added both military and utility science to the requirements. I have also made a couple other changes so feel free to check the change log here or in game. Also, I am always open to suggestions.
