Adds processing of plutonium, excess product from nuclear reaction. Plutonium can be used to make ammo (even plutonium atomic bomb) and to generate energy as MOX fuel.

Before reporting error or bug, please make sure that you are using latest version of Plutonium Energy and other mods.
If other mods cause error or bug, please at least post your mod-list.json which is located in your mods directory.
If you manage to break down to a smallest possible combination of mods that cause this error, I would appreciate if you post it. It will make debugging and fixig a lot easier.
