b multiplayer desync on join (mod files not identical)

I randomly get a message "mod files not identical ... mod-PickerPipeTools" when joining multiplayer games, even though they are identical. Usually, having other players move away from pipes and/or belts and re-attempting makes it work, although that might be incidental.

I would need the log from the server/host and you for comparison

The usual culprit on this is when you have different start up options selected.

The server usually responds with "Different start-up options are in effect, do you want to restart the client with different start-up options to join this server?"

This issue happens when you log in close to a pipe location, i've tried changing different settings in order to get in but I just can't get on my own server, when you move your character away from any pipings you can join just fine, it's just the initialisation that messes up apparently.

Verified multiple times that we were using the same mod, completely cleaned the mod folder, put the mod that I have on the client on the server and the issue still persists.

The error log on the server goes:

1145.817 Refusing connection for address (IP ADDR:({***})), username (Synchro). ModsMismatch

Error log on client:

102.565 Error ClientMultiplayerManager.cpp:101: MultiplayerManager failed: "" + multiplayer.script-mismatch + "
" + "
mod-PickerPipeTools"

Yes, you are right. There are the desync reports. In the main folder (%AppData%\Factorio) are the factorio-current.log and factorio-previous.log. The wiki says, these are the log files. I don´t know if these are the files he needs. I only want to speed up the fix, cause we have the same problem ^^
But it looks like the same file as Synchro posted last week.

Fyi I have already shared my logs with the dev on Discord.
