After fixing the issue from the other thread about the recipe that takes proto uranium ore not giving any results, things worked for a while (10h+).

But now after updating from factorio version 2.0.47 to .48 upon loading a game, the recipe for processing proto uranium into uranium is missing. The chemical plant after loading the save showed the red strike through symbol and can't set the recipe any more now.

Edit: Turns out the recipe still exists, but for some reason got disabled. Manually reenabled it and now it works again.
