Whenever I mark ore for mining with the construction bots, it seems that they generate excessive amounts of pollution as they mine the ores. I went from a relatively low-pollution base before mining to a base generating over 10k pollution a minute and a cloud dozens of times the size of my base just from mining with these bots. Initially, I was confused, so I used a time warp mod to run a few tests over time and, indeed, these bots appear to generate tons of pollution when mining. Is this intended or not? Just confused.

Bot mining allows ores to be mined at a much faster rate than usual. Though it does seem like I may have miscalculated the amount of pollution generated. It should be 3 * ore mining speed per ore as opposed to 8.1 per ore.

Was the change applied at all for the 0.17 version? I can't see any statistics on the pollution production tab as the changelog states, and pollution still seems extremely excessive.

Sorry, I'm not supporting the 0.17 version. This mod uses some new features only available in the latest experimental.
