Sorry to let you know: Factorio+ has been introducing breaking changes faster than I could keep up with in the last weeks and months. There's also a lot in the mod that is tied to biters being present - Alien warehouses are placed according to enemy distribution, and the "alien chunks" don't make much sense without biters. The developer made it clear that that is intended and won't change.
Bottom line, it would take a lot of work to make Pacifist compatible in a way that makes sense but still takes out half of Factorio+. Right now that time is better invested in compatibility with other modpacks. I dropped compatibility with Factorio+ for now but might come back to it later.
