Thanks for the report! I'll have a look. You should be able to get around this particular issue by unchecking the "remove energy shield equipment" checkbox in Settings > Mod Settings > Startup

I have been working on it today and it loads and the abandoned warehouses are still in. However, factorioplus has the "alien chunks" and bio science that's made from it and everything that comes with that science. I'll have to gather ideas what to do with those, since without biters, the are no alien chunks

Sorry to let you know: Factorio+ has been introducing breaking changes faster than I could keep up with in the last weeks and months. There's also a lot in the mod that is tied to biters being present - Alien warehouses are placed according to enemy distribution, and the "alien chunks" don't make much sense without biters. The developer made it clear that that is intended and won't change.

Bottom line, it would take a lot of work to make Pacifist compatible in a way that makes sense but still takes out half of Factorio+. Right now that time is better invested in compatibility with other modpacks. I dropped compatibility with Factorio+ for now but might come back to it later.
