I have the same issue when trying to load a save (that I honestly have not used in about 2 months, so there was a massive mod update). Can provide the save file if you require additional evidence. Error message is exactly the same as above.

EDIT: Just to let you know, this might take a few days, as i am rewriting from scratch my library mod and i'll push the fix after the i'm done with the lib, except, if the problem is very quickfix, then i'll roll the fix straight away

Thanks for the info, I guess I will wait then. Just an additional piece of information: If I start a new game with exactly the same mod settings, it lets me start the game. I did not play long enough on this new game to build a pump, so I don't know how that would go...

For those who need how to fix it. Disable the P.U.M.P.S. mod, load the save, save it again without the mod, exit, connect the mod back, load the save and run to put the pumps back where you used them
I hope you understand my point because my English is very bad :D

Should be noted that this would destroy all offshore pumps in the process, could be serviceable to some tho

This crash is not on my end, i've already informed and sent everything to the boys mantaining angels mods, the fix should roll out soon i guess
