It seems the Artisanal Reskins update breaks the compatibility with both this and flow control extended. At least in the case of this mod, changing the reference from "base_entity" to "base_entity_name" in util/lib.lua seems to have done the trick, and the same in flow control prototypes\reskin.lua.
