i An idea on balance

these are essentially "god modules", as other mods of similar function have referred to them. But since you can start getting them as soon as modules are unlocked (thus, not "end-game") My suggestion to improve balance would be to make it so tier 1 is only unlocked after aquilo and have the tier 1 set to require the quantum processors (and the tier 3s of the basic modules)... tier 2 can require the tier 1 omega modules + a certain amount of prometheum science crafted to "unlock the tech", and then also require "an infusion of prometheum science" (ie: you can requires the science pack in its recipe). This would make it truly "end-game". Tier 3 can be further gated either behind a much-higher crafting requirement of the prometheum science packs, or have a very expensive tech unlock + a more involved crafting scheme (ie: must be crafted on vulcanus or fulgora and include biter eggs, pentapod eggs, yamako mash, lithium brine or flouroketone, science packs, or something else....unexpected :3

so it'd go : you get tier 3s of each of the modules unlocked, reach aquilo, and are able to craft tier 1s of the omega module after researching it. It requires Tier 3s of the vanilla modules as well as quantum processors from Aquilo. Tier 2s can't be researched...they must be "earned" by crafting ...say...10,000,000 prometheum science. As an added cost, Tier 2 omega modules cost 4 omega T1s, as well as some prometheum science infused into them. Tier 3 omega modules come with the added challenge that spoilable resources must be gathered from all corners of the solar system, brought somewhere else they really don't belong (or are probably not otherwise being delivered there, ie: biter eggs on fulgora or pentapod eggs to vulcanus). crafted along with some other expensive processes gets the king of all modules, the Omega Tier 3.

I really like all these ideas. I'm working on 1.2.0 right now. Maybe still to cheap?

1.2.0
- You can now toggle which effect you want active with the omega module
- You can change the research cost in settings 0 is half the default cost, and then it multiplies as you increase to a max of 10
- Made the recipes more expensive since they are so powerful. Tier 1-3 requires 5000/10000/50000 sciences packs respectively
- Tier 1 now requires processing unit, tungsten carbide, holmium plate, bioflux and modules
- Tier 2 now requires quantum-processor and modules
- Tier 3 now requires 10 of speed 3, efficiency 3, productivity 3, quality 3 and omega 2, and will also need one full stack of each of the following: pentapod eggs, supercapacitors, quantum processors and tungsten plates.
- Moved the unlock of tier 1 to after having unlocked all mid planets (Gleba, Vulcanus and Fulgora)
- Moved the unlock of tier 2 to Aquilo
- Tier 3 now requires promethium science pack to unlock

Seeing as they require so much, they can't be transported with rockets, so they need to be made on site for where you want to use them. Which in itself makes it harder too. I feel like making it customizable is better so it can fit everyones person play style.
