b [FIXED] Fails to place heat pipes, beacons, and power poles

Hi

I have this one specific patch on Aquilo where the mod fails to place beacons, heat pipes, and power poles (only tested with normal quality Substations).

The mod prints 3 messages:
- "Chosen resource is Crude oil; found 13"
- "No available spots adjacent to pumpjack"
- "Search for heatpipe layout failed"

Do you want a copy of the save or something else?

On the screenshot I see the problem: there is a pipe in the bottom middle area which is nestled between two pumpjacks such that no heat pipe can be placed adjacent to it. I'm not sure what the best remedy would be, so getting the save game would still be useful for experimenting.

Aha I see, but it should still potentially place beacons and substations though?

Also, entirely unrelated issue, but just in case you weren't aware already; the mod doesn't plan out heatpipes to reach beacons :-)

It could, but I thought that would be more annoying than helpful because they'd get in the way of where you wanted to place heat pipes yourself.

Yeah, a known issue. I've just been lazy about implementing that, because it mostly works so long as you don't add too many beacons!

OK, the issue should be fixed in 1.6.5. It should be able to place the heat pipes, etc. for your field now.

(Failing to run heat pipes to beacons is still an issue. But now you've called me out on it, maybe I'll get to fixing that too!)
