g I have mod that adds buildings that produce heat

3 years ago

I have a mod that produces high temperature steam without the use of reactors
These buildings act like reactors, but dont get changed when enabled

The baseload and teritary turbines get changed though so there fine

Theres electric heaters meaning it could be exploited to create infinite power

Hm, i tried fixing it, but the electric heaters in particular i'm not sure how how i can make them be less efficient. Basically, the way this mod works, reactors get 1/x efficiency and turbines get x efficiency.
The solid and liquid burner heaters work as expected, but putting an effectivity stat in the energy_source of the electric heaters doesn't do anything. Any ideas how to get that working?

you could also possibly make the heat exchangers just produce like 1000 c steam and turbines consume that
would that work also?

my electric heaters use electric, so it doesnt work exactly the same, it is still classed as "reactor" though

energy_scource = electric
