No random backer name for new entities:

• Labs
• Train stops
• Locomotives
• Roboports
• Radars
• Modded entities that support naming, like Repair turrets

Removes ⚠️existing names on these 3 entities only:

• Labs
• Roboports
• Radars
• If you've used a mod to name your Labs, those names will be removed.

Trains and Train stops are placed with blank names. (See images!)
