no molten metals either

Ok, added a setting to do this. Didn't originally add it because you'll cast all your gears and plates in one place and then put them on a bus, which IMO makes Vulcanus more boring since fluid buses used to be another thing that made Vulcanus different from Nauvis.

Also this makes it impossible to cast low density structures because you need 2 molten metal inputs for that.

remember you dont need to do everything with lava,just bring some space ores to ground and it will still possible to tile a blueprint design

or even just yield some ore here and there in lava->molten metal recipe can make it work too
