No Equipment grid

Adds startup settings to remove equipment grids from different entity types. Useful if a mod adds an equipment grid but you don't want to use it and reclaim some UPS. By default removes any equipment grids on cargo/fluid/artillery wagons.

Supports loading into ongoing saves, however you will lose anything in any removed equipment grids so if you want to save anything then make sure you take it out before installing this mod!
