No Qualitycycling

Disallows quality modules in recyclers, leaving quality production chains as the only way to make higher-quality items.

An optional setting buffs the effect of quality to compensate.

Notes

The quality buff does not apply to the power usage of beacons or the drain of mining drills, to avoid these values falling below zero.
As of Factorio 2.0.26, quality modules are still able to enter the module slots of recyclers if placed there before the recycled item — however, since these modules do not affect the quality of the products, this base game bug has no effect on gameplay. (EDIT: On a re-test, quality does apply to the recycled items! I'm not sure if there are specific circumstances under which this happens.
