With minimal technology researched, it seems like this is a lossy system. Am I missing something? It seems like 1 Queen = 10 ore, but 1 Queen costs 20 ore.
You need one queen to kick start everything. Try to stick it it the nursery. You only need to do genetic mutation once per bee.
