Thx for the feedback, you should be able to unlock the recipe with the Military-1 tech, then you can craft them in the intermediate-product region right next to the Empty Firearm Magazine.
I tested it on an already existing world, and they didnt show up, but on a new world they are....
Once i am home, i will fix the issue.
