I believe you have the wrong mod, you're looking for MoreSciencePacks. To answer your question, the technology is named "stone-wall" instead of "stone-walls" now. From the error message I believe even that this error is not origination from the MSP mod, but from the Yuoki Tech Tree mod. I believe you should report it there.
