More Fuel Values for Angels PetroChem

Angel's PetroChem assigned fuel values in accordance to real combustion heat. This mod attempts to follow this for any pure gases/fluid.

For gas mixture, fuel values are usually calculated from recipes and assuming no loss.

Currently covers:
Natural gas liquid (angels-liquid-ngl): 374 kJ
Carbon monoxide (angels-gas-carbon-monoxide): 73 kJ
Syngas (angels-gas-synthesis): 103 kJ

Future plans:
More fluids if necessary
Gas turbine by repurposing steam turbine? Requires blue science, higher efficiency and output than Bob's fluid generator, but limited to gas and NGL only and cannot not throttle.
