Yes and MSP - 30: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/MoreSciencePacks. I'm guessing there is a mismatch between the mods somewhere.

I may have found the culprit: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/MoreScience-ScienceCostTweakerExtension When I deactivated this, everything works.
