This is like MomoTweak mod but for Industrial Revolution & Krastorio

• Add science vial to science pack
• Science pack are harder to craft
• Belt will require previous tier to craft
• Inserter will require previous tier to craft
• Motor will require previous tier to craft
• Assembler machine will require previous tier to craft
• Furnace will require previous tier to craft
• Crusher machine will require previous tier to craft
• Robot will require previous tier to craft
• Computer will require previous tier to craft
• Electronics are harder to craft
• Modules are harder to craft
• Add rubber to many recipe
• longer technology research time

All feature can turn off in Mod Settings
