Radar with greater range, speed, and power consumption. Balanced for late-game use with greater material and energy cost and requires the rocket control unit technology. Originaly Malcolm Cooks' AdvancedRadar mod ported to 1.1.x by ChurchOrganist and rebalanced for vanilla by Gothox.
