Lighthouse

Adds a lighthouse, which is basically just a big lamp on a tower. Theres really no much more to this one :p

Issues

There is currently an issue where the light is not centred on the correct position when controlled by circuits. It shouldn't really be noticeable, though, due to the range of the light. It might be an issue in the modding API.

Additional Info

Not to toot my own horn, but I really like how the sprite turned out and would be happy to see it find other functions as well. Personally, it gives me some 'Evil Lair' vibes, so if anyone just happens to make a custom scenario where it is used, please send me a link!
