Since Lighted Electric Poles hasn't been ported to 0.15 I looked over it and starting rewriting it.
The whole mod has been rewritten to automatically detect poles and create a lighted version requiring the original pole + a lamp. The new poles are added to the same technology as the detected poles.
With 1.4.0 light radius and energy consumption scale with pole wire distance.
Set Light radius scale to 0 for previous behavior.
any mod raising system events like on_built_entity, use script_raised events instead
