Thanks for reporting. Like I said in the description I just haven't implemented those recipes yet because I'm still thinking about how they should work. Maybe a system where you get nitrogen/oxygen/hydrogen in gas form and then you set up cryo plants (moved to early game) to do cascade cooling N->O->H but simplified so it's not too annoying to build it on every planet. But I haven't worked out all the details yet.
